How to create an AI Roleplay Assignment

ELSA's Content Library includes a wide range of interactive AI Roleplay lessons that you can assign to your students to help them build conversational confidence. This guide shows you how.

1. Find and Select an AI Roleplay

1. Navigate to the Curriculum tab on the left-hand menu.

2. Select the ELSA Content sub-tab to browse pre-made lessons.

3. Browse the available AI Roleplay lessons. Click the checkbox in the top-right corner of the lesson you want to assign.

4. A blue bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the Assign to Class button.

2. Preview and Confirm the Lesson

1. A Preview window will appear, showing the scenario details and tasks for the roleplay. This ensures you've selected the correct lesson.

2. Click Continue to Create Assignment to proceed.

3. Set the Assignment Details

1. In the "Create Assignment" panel, first select the class (or classes) you wish to assign the lesson to from the 

   Select Class dropdown menu.

2. Set the 

   Start Date & Time and the Due Date & Time for the assignment.

3. When you are ready, click 

   Assign Now.

A confirmation message, "Assignment Successfully Created," will appear on the screen. Your students will now be able to see and complete this roleplay in their app.
