How to deactivate and revoke an admin user

To deactivate your existing Admin, please follow the simple steps below:

  1. In the Admin & Teachers tab, you can deactivate your school’s admins. Click the ellipsis on the right side and choose "Make Inactive".
  2. Please note that by revoking their access as Admin, it will also remove their access to student app premium features.
